Owner and longtime Kailua resident, Matt Comstock used to be a financial analyst for a small company when COVID hit and changed everything. He was planning on moving to Portland, Oregon when everything was affected by the pandemic and he decided to change things in his life for the better.

Initially, he went on unemployment while he strategized his next move. He had already been doing some side work with an electric pressure washer for friends and family, so he decided to use his stimulus check to upgrade some equipment and make a serious effort to become a business owner. Pacific Spray Wash was born. The quarantine had many people using their homes for their offices, and many folks decided that they wanted their homes to look and feel clean. He began to get numerous calls for soft washing services and Roof Cleaning. Matt continued to grow his business and began offering Solar Panel Cleaning.

Matt's customers soon learned that by cleaning their roofs and solar panels, that they were seeing reductions in their utility bills, and their homes looked much nicer thanks to the soft washing he offers. There was finally a way to gently clean the exterior surfaces of their homes without having to worry about pressure damaging their paint or fixtures. And even better when it was learned that the cleaning agents that Pacific Spray Wash uses are eco-friendly.

Matt draws a lot of inspiration from his father Kent, who passed unexpectedly in 2021. His father was also an entrepreneur, and Matt continues his legacy of philantrhopy and helping those in need. He tries his best to help provide opportunity to others who need it.

Matt has grown his company since it started in 2020, and now has a crew of 5 techs that are out servicing the island of Oahu, every day. When he's not working, he enjoys surfing his favorite classified spots on Oahu, eating a spam musubi, doing some commercial fishing, spending time with his elderly Golden Retriever Jack, brewing and enjoying a beer, tinkering with his aquaponics system, and spending quality time with friends and family.
